Fast and Easy Low-Cal Pita Chips

These are low calorie pita chips. They go great with salsa and hummus and are so easy to make.

  • 1 pack of whole wheat pita bread

  • Pam cooking spray

  • Minced garlic or garlic powder

  • Pre heat the oven to 350

  • Cut the pita into triangles and then tear into halves so the bread is thinner

  • Lay flat on cookie sheet

  • Spray with Pam spray

  • Add minced garlic or garlic powder to taste

  • Cook for 10 to 15 minutes
