These are low calorie pita chips. They go great with salsa and hummus and are so easy to make.
1 pack of whole wheat pita bread
Pam cooking spray
Minced garlic or garlic powder
Pre heat the oven to 350
Cut the pita into triangles and then tear into halves so the bread is thinner
Lay flat on cookie sheet
Spray with Pam spray
Add minced garlic or garlic powder to taste
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes
