Crockpot Fruit Cobbler/Crisp
Very easy and always a hit!
ingredients
- 6 apples
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oil
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
directions
Crumble together all but fruit. Put 1/2 fruit in crockpot. Crumble over one half crumble mixture. Add rest of fruit and then rest of crumble mixture. Cook on high 2 1/2 hours, or all night on low.

Great potluck food! Lovely with blueberries, peaches!
