Banana Blueberry Muffins
ingredients
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 banana
- 1 cup low fat buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbl vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine dry ingredients (first 9) then add blueberries and walnuts and toss gently to coat them.

Combine wet ingredients and add to the dry mixture. Fill 12 standard muffin cups coated with cooking spray and bake for 18-22 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool a few minutes before serving.
