Simmer Pork with 5 spice

ingredients
- 1 lb. pork roast
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon white pepper powder
- 6 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon Five Spice powder

Mix all of the ingredients,except pork, into the water. Add the pork roast, bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to medium low and cook until meat is tender. About 1 hour. Remove the pork, slice thinly.

Reduce the remaining sauce. Thicken with flour or cornstarch and serve with rice.
