Simmer Pork with 5 spice

  • Mix all of the ingredients,except pork, into the water. Add the pork roast, bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to medium low and cook until meat is tender. About 1 hour. Remove the pork, slice thinly.

  • Reduce the remaining sauce. Thicken with flour or cornstarch and serve with rice.
