- 2 lbs Round or cube steak – (some kind of tenderized beef)
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 small jar of green olives
