LINGUINE WITH SWISS CHARD AND GARLIC
Here’s an easy midweek pasta dish with lots of nutrition and flavor.
ingredients
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1/2 C breadcrumbs
- 2 T parmigiano, grated
- 3/4 lb linguine
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 T crushed red pepper
- 1 1/4 lb swiss chard, stalks thinly sliced, leaves cut into large pieces

Heat 1 T oil, add bread crumbs and cook, stirring until golden brown (about 2 minutes). Scrape into small bowl and stir in cheese.

Cook linguine.

Add remaining oil to skillet and heat medium. Add garlic and crushed red pepper, cook for 30 seconds. Stir in swiss chard. Add salt and 1/4 C water. Cook 8 minutes.

Toss with linguine. Serve sprinkled with crumbs.
