BAKED SPICY SRIRACHA CHICKEN WINGS

We make these to accompany watching the Superbowl. Think conventional TV snacks, with an Asian flair. Goes really well with lager.

  • In a very large bowl, toss the wings with the coriander, cumin, cinnamon, salt and olive oil. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • Preheat oven to 375. Spread the wings on three large, rimmed baking sheets. Roast for 1 ½ hours, until crispy and golden.

  • Wash out the bowl. Add Sriracha, butter, lime zest and lime juice. Add the wings and toss well.

  • Transfer to a platter, serve hot.
