SPICY PASTA E FAGIOLI

A delicious traditional pasta dish with a spicy punch.

  • Cook the pasta until it is almost done.

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauute garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds. Add onion and anchovies; sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 2 minutes.

  • Add the beans with their liquid, the pasta, and the stock. Let the mixture come to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add salt to taste, the parmigiano, and lemon juice. Add salt to taste and serve.
