BAKED SHRIMP WITH GARLIC AND LEMON

A wonderful way to enjoy fresh shrimp. We like to make this as part of a seafood-centered Christmas Eve feast.

  • Preheat oven to 450. Oil cooking dish and set aside.

  • Combine olive oil, garlic, bread crumbs and parsley. Lay the shrimp in the baking dish. Top with bread crumb mixture. Drizzle additional olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper.

  • Bake, uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and liberally squeeze lemon juice over shrimp before serving.
