This is really good over fillet Mignon. Kathi and her boys. Jesse and Jake Reel
ingredients
- 1 stick of butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 jigger Marsala wine or
- Madeira wine
directions

Melt the butter add flour stir till flour is absorbed
- 2
Add the two cups of broth and wine and stir till thickened
