Lemon Pasta
Best pasta ever!
ingredients
- Pasta
- Large box of pasta
- Sauce
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 to 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch in cold water
- 1 tablespoon of chicken broth powder
- 3-4 tablespoons capers
- 1/8-1/4 cup lemon-lime juice fresh
- 1 can whole or sliced olives
- 1 can sliced Frichick or Scallops or tofu
- Optional: lime or lemon zest

Put pasta in boiling water until tender. Drain and add to pan with sauce.

Sauté garlic and oil. Mix corn starch in cold water until not lumpy. Add to pan with broth and lemon-lime juice. Add extra water until makes a sauce. Put in olives, capers and pretend meat. Add pasta and mix. Serve with red pepper flakes and coarse salt.
