Lemon Pasta

Best pasta ever!

  • Pasta

  • Large box of pasta

  • Sauce

  • 4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 to 4 tablespoons oil

  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch in cold water

  • 1 tablespoon of chicken broth powder

  • 3-4 tablespoons capers

  • ⅛-¼ cup lemon-lime juice fresh

  • 1 can whole or sliced olives

  • 1 can sliced Frichick or Scallops or tofu

  • Optional: lime or lemon zest

  • Pasta

  • Put pasta in boiling water until tender. Drain and add to pan with sauce.

  • Sauce

  • Sauté garlic and oil. Mix corn starch in cold water until not lumpy. Add to pan with broth and lemon-lime juice. Add extra water until makes a sauce. Put in olives, capers and pretend meat. Add pasta and mix. Serve with red pepper flakes and coarse salt.
