Sausage Quiche – No Crust

This is a great holiday party dish!

  • 1 Pound Sausage (can substitute ground beef)

  • 12 oz Monterrey Jack Cheese

  • 12 oz Cheddar Cheese

  • 2 cans Diced Green Chilies

  • Cook sausage.

  • Mix cooled sausage with chilies and cheese and place loosley in a 9“ x 13” pan

  • 9 Eggs

  • 2 Tablespoons Flour

  • 1 cup Milk

  • Mix well and pour over the sausage/chilies/cheese mixture already placed in the pan.

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
