Blueberry Crisp
great anytime - especially winter when you can use frozen berries
ingredients
- 6 cups berries (I use a combination of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries)
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour (I use whole wheat)
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange fruit in ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and salt. Mix in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of fruit.

Bake until topping is light brown and fruit is hot, about 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
