ingredients
- 6 FROZEN BLINTZES (CAN SUBSTITUTE ANY
- FLAVOR (CHEESE, CHERRY, BLUEBERRY
- COMBO IS GREAT)
- 1/2 STICK BUTTER
- 1/4 CUP ORANGE JUICE
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 3 EGGS
- 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1/2 tsp. VANILLA
- DASH OF SALT
- SOUR CREAM AND/OR APPLE SAUCE

PLACE FROZEN BLINTZES IN GREASED RECTANGULAR GLASS PYREX DISH. CAN USE PAM. POUR 1/2 STICK MELTED BUTTER OVER BLINTZES.

IN BLENDER:

1/4 CUP ORANGE JUICE

1/4 CUP SUGAR

1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM

BLEND UNTIL FOAMING. POUR OVER BLINTZES. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR ONE HOUR OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED ON TOP. MAY ADD CINNAMON ON TOP.

COOL. SERVE WITH SOUR CREAM AND/OR APPLESAUCE.
