Mexican Cobbler
This is great warm with Vanilla ice cream. This is Rick, and Loire at the Grand Canyon 2008
ingredients
- 12 flour tortillas
- 2 cup apple pie filling
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Chop apples in the pie filling a little more finer. Fill each tortilla with 2 Tablespoons of pie filling and roll.

Place in pan with seam side down.

In a sauce pan place next 5 ingredients in pot and heat till sugar is dissolved and butter is melted. Pour over tortillas and let set for 8 hours. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
