All Occasion Cheese Ball
ingredients
- 2 boxes of cream cheese
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can of shredded pineapple (drained well)
- 2 tsp Lawrey’s seasoning salt
- ~3/4 cup of semi-crushed walnuts or pecans
directions

Combine all ingredients except the walnuts in a large bowl (combing with clean hands works best) making sure all there is the same consistency of ingredients through the entire ball.

Shape into a ball and place on desired serving dish.

Using hand, add chopped walnuts on the outside of the ball. If serving the following day or later, add nuts then)

Keep refrigerated. For best results make the evening before (do not add the nuts at this time) and allow it to sit in the refrigerator.

If possible thaw cream cheese to room temp (do not mircowave it! Room temperature is easier to work with, but not a necessity)
