  • 1 c sour cream (low or non-fat)
  • 1 tbl dijon mustard
  • 1 tbl capers
  • Pinch+ of dill
Caramelized onions
  • 2 onions
  • 1 oz butter
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 bag baby spinach
