Potato Salad
A great summer salad to bring to any BBQ - sure to impress!
ingredients
- A bunch of cubed cooked potatoes
- Lots of boiled eggs
- a bit of relish
- a few tbsp mayonnaise
- small spoon of french mustard
- sliced radishes
- sliced tomatoes
- chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
directions
Cook potatoes and remove from heatwhen firm to the touch. Drain water. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, excluding the tomatoes, one egg and spices. Best to taste during preparation as amounts of each ingredient varies. Move to large bowl and decorate with sliced tomatoes, sliced egg and dust with chili powder.
