Mac & Cheese
Easy and tasty mac and cheese.
ingredients
- 1 box of Ronzoni elbow
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- butter
- flour
- milk
- onion
- garlic
- ajisito
- vinegar
- complete seasoning powder
- Bread crumbs
- Salt to taste

Heat oven 350°.
- 2
Boil water, add the pasta to boiling water and a teaspoon oil. (add salt if desired).

When done drain and reserve.

In a small skillet heat 3 tbsp olive oil.

add to the hot oil sliced onion, mashed garlic, sliced ajisito, seasoning powder, and vinegar. Sautee until transparent and save.

In a saucepan melt the butter, add the flour, and then 3/4 cup milk.

Stir until saucy.

add the shredded cheese and stir until melted and saucy. add more milk to make a nice thick sauce.

Then add the sautee onions to give the white sauce the flavor.

Add the cheese sauce to the cooked macaroni.

Place into a cesserole dish and cover bread crumbs.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes and serve.
