Mac & Cheese

Easy and tasty mac and cheese.

  • Heat oven 350°.

  • Boil water, add the pasta to boiling water and a teaspoon oil. (add salt if desired).

  • When done drain and reserve.

  • In a small skillet heat 3 tbsp olive oil.

  • add to the hot oil sliced onion, mashed garlic, sliced ajisito, seasoning powder, and vinegar. Sautee until transparent and save.

  • In a saucepan melt the butter, add the flour, and then ¾ cup milk.

  • Stir until saucy.

  • add the shredded cheese and stir until melted and saucy. add more milk to make a nice thick sauce.

  • Then add the sautee onions to give the white sauce the flavor.

  • Add the cheese sauce to the cooked macaroni.

  • Place into a cesserole dish and cover bread crumbs.

  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes and serve.
