  • 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions,
  • both white and green parts
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4-5 mint leaves (optional)
