  • 4 ounces (1 stick) butter (softened)
  • 4 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup Argo cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/4 cup sorghum flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
filling:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick ground cloves
  • 2 large eggs
  • 15 ounces Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 (12-ounce) can Carnation evaporated milk
