Pumpkin Pie
ingredients
pie crust:- 4 ounces (1 stick) butter (softened)
- 4 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup Argo cornstarch
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup brown rice flour
- 1/4 cup sorghum flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon McCormick cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 15 ounces Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1 (12-ounce) can Carnation evaporated milk
