Spicy Grilled Pork Chops

  • 1 teaspoon McCormick chili powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon McCormick cumin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 one-half pound center-cut boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced


Preheat grill. In a small bowl, mix the chili powder with the cumin and salt. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine oil and garlic; drizzle over pork chops. Rub spice mixture over the pork chops. Season with black pepper. Grill pork chops 4 minutes over medium-high heat. Turn and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, until pork chops are cooked through.
