- 1 pound skinless and boneless chicken breast tenderloins, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 small zucchini, quartered and sliced thin
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup Planters dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
- 3 tablespoons San-J Tamari wheat free soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Holland House sherry cooking wine
- 6 medium sliced green onions, including green tops
- 3/4 pound fresh snow pea pods
