Stir-Fry Beef with Asparagus
To make the beef easier to slice, partially freeze the beef for 10 to 20 minutes.
ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra light olive oil
- 1 pound asparagus, cut diagonally into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips 2" long
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons San-J Tamari wheat-free soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped, peeled fresh ginger
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- steamed rice, for serving
