- 1 lb. Velvetta Cheese
- 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbs. parsley, finely-minced
- 1 hot green chilies, chopped
