  • 2/3 cup Bob’s Red Mill potato starch
  • 1/3 cup Bob’s Red Mill tapioca flour
  • 2 tablespoons sorghum flour
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Calumet baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick ground cloves
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can (15 ounce) Libby’s Pure Pumpkin
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
Frosting
  • 8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 3 cups confectioners sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
