Spinach Pasta

ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups unbleached flour
- 2 extra large eggs
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 heaping Tbsp spinach (frozen)
- 1 pinch of salt
directions

1. Create a well out of the flour

2. Places eggs, salt, olive oil & spinach in the center of the well
- 3
3. Continue adding flour until dough is firm
- 4
4. Run dough through a pasta maker
