Cavatelli with hot sausage in Brown Butter Sage sauce

This is a another favorite from Frankie’s

  • 1 lb Cavatelli

  • 8 tablespoons butter

  • 12 to 16 fresh sage leaves

  • ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

  • Hot Sausage

  • Heat pan until hot. add butter. When butter starts to brown add sausage and sage. Let it cool. Then add parmigiano cheese

  • Mix sauce in with cooked pasta
