Cavatelli with hot sausage in Brown Butter Sage sauce
This is a another favorite from Frankie’s
ingredients
- 1 lb Cavatelli
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 12 to 16 fresh sage leaves
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- Hot Sausage
directions

Heat pan until hot. add butter. When butter starts to brown add sausage and sage. Let it cool. Then add parmigiano cheese

Mix sauce in with cooked pasta
