Rosemerry Chicken Fingers
I love crispy chicken fingers! And you don’t have to feel guilty about eating them because they are made with egg whites and baked in the oven.
In a Cuisinart pules together bread crumbs, rosemary, garlic salt and lemon pepper until bread crumbs are a little courser then flour. In a bowl whisk together egg whites, milk, salt and pepper. Coat chicken strips with egg whites and with the other hand coat with bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees on until golden brown.
