Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies
Our version is crisp on the outside and just a bit chewy in the center.
ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (packed) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
