Tomato Aspic

Tomato Aspic and Miracle Whip...a must have on the Gow Family holiday table. Or at least at Dad’s end of the table.
ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup tomato juice
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon jello
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
directions

Mix Jello powder and tomato juice in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.

Remove from heat, add vinegar.

Pour immediately into serving dish and refrigerate.
