Ray's Favorite Balsamic Stir Fry
Take sirloin to the Asian side!
2 cups Brown Rice, cooked
1 lb Sirloin Steak, cut into thin strips
½ cup Balsamic Vinegar (or favorite prepared dressing)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbl Cornstarch
5 cups prep’d fresh veggies (sweet peppers, broccoli, green onions)
2 Tbl Soy Sauce (get the good stuff!)
1 Tsp Ground Ginger
¼ cup Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
Toss the steak with 1 Tbl of the balsamic, add cornstarch and mix well. Heat a large skillet and stir fry the meat until it is cooked through. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
Add the veggies to the skillet along with the soy sauce and ginger and balsamic. Stir fry until the veggies are tender - you may want to stage them from hardest to softest to prevent overcooking.
Return the steak to the pan and reheat it. Sauce should thicken.
Serve over rice, topped with chopped nuts.

You can also just put the cornstarch in the balsamic, not on the meat itself.
