Noodle salad with pork and shrimp
ingredients
- 2 c broccoli cut into florets
- 4 oz thin noodles or whole wheat spaghetti
- 3 tbsp sauce soya
- 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp hot pepper flakes
- 8 oz pork chop, deboned
- 1 1/2 tbsp veggie oil
- 4 oz uncooked shrimp
- 3 green onions, 1" lengths
- 1/2 large red pepper, julienned
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
