Ingredients

  • • 1 package butter with salt
  • • 1/2 cube of chicken bouillon
  • • 1 tablespoons of anchovy paste
  • • 6 anchovy fillets
  • • brandy or rum
  • • black pepper
  • • 2 tablespoons of Sage
  • • 2 tbsp. Marjoram
  • • 2 tablespoons of thyme
  • • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • • 2 tablespoons of cilantro
  • • Cream of milk
  • • Worcestershire sauce to taste

    • Melt butter in double boiler, add chicken bouillon cube and stir until well dissolved. Add anchovies, then herbs, Worcestershire sauce, brandy and pepper.

    • At this point if you are not using it right away you can refrigerate.

    • Just before serving add cream.
