Cheese Ball
My sister-in-law NancyJo has many recipes of her own. She gave this to me so that everyone else can also enjoy it. I was very fortunate to marry into a very close, nice and fine family.
Mix all ingredrients together and roll into a ball, refrigerate overnight. Just prior to serving, roll in chopped pecans.
