ingredients
- 1 2-3 pound Whole fryer, cut into serving pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup fresh grated coconut
- 1/2 cup scallions chopped
- 4 to 6 hot peppers sliced
- 1 tablespoon salt
