POTATO CASSEROLE
Brian brought this recipe home from a friend’s Mom, and it’s been a big hit ever since. All my family love this.
ingredients
- 1 (32 oz) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (2 lb.)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz. package of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 tsp., salt
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 2 cups corn flakes

Thaw potatoes and mix with all ingredients in a large bow. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with the melted margarine mixed with the corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Doubles easily.
