Rick's Favorite Pork Tenderloin
This is Rick’s all time favorite. Impress your quests. They will think Emeril is in the kitchen. Serve along with noodles, or mashed potatoes.
ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 onion thinly sliced
- 1 stalk celery sliced
- 1/2 pound mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups burgundy wine
- 1 package of brown gravy mix
directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sear pork on both sides. Place pork in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and sprinkle meat with seasonings. Top with onion, celery, and mushrooms. Pour in wine and bake in the onion 45 minutes to 1 hour. When done baking, remove meat from baking dish. Cover with foil to keep warm. Pour gravy mix into baking dish with wine and cooking juices, stir until thickened. Slice meat, and cover with gravy
