Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Crispy, delicious roasted earthiness

- Brussels Sprouts
- Olive Oil
- Salt, Pepper
- Rosemary or Thyme [optional]

Slice Brussels Sprouts into halves, put into bowl and toss with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and herbs. Slide onto cookie sheet and roast at 350+ for fifteen minutes, flip sprouts, roast additional ten minutes. Increase heat for crispiness.

Any root vegetable or squash can be roasted in the same manner for a simple fall meal.
