Tart:
  • 1 (8-ounce) sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 C strawberries, stemmed
  • 1 C sliced rhubarb (1 large rib, trimmed but not peeled)
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Glaze:
  • 1 tbsp currant jelly
  • 1 tbsp very hot water
  • Confectioners’ sugar, for dusting
  • Lightly sweetened whipped cream, for serving
