Pulled Pork
ingredients
- Pork shoulder (crockpot size)
- large onion, sliced
- 4 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- barbecue sauce (2 bottles)

Put shoulder into crockpot.

Cover with sliced onion.

Add worcestershire sauce and cover with water.

Cover and cook overnight on low.

Unplug crockpot drain liquid.

Move meat and onions to a large plate and allow to cool to the touch.

Using hands, separate meat from the bone and fat.

Add the onions to the meat pile.

Put meat pile back into crockpot and add 1 bottle of barbecue sauce.

Heat on low until warm.

Serve with a bottle of barbecue sauce.

This can be prepared ahead of time and frozen.
