Pulled Pork

  • Put shoulder into crockpot.

  • Cover with sliced onion.

  • Add worcestershire sauce and cover with water.

  • Cover and cook overnight on low.

  • Unplug crockpot drain liquid.

  • Move meat and onions to a large plate and allow to cool to the touch.

  • Using hands, separate meat from the bone and fat.

  • Add the onions to the meat pile.

  • Put meat pile back into crockpot and add 1 bottle of barbecue sauce.

  • Heat on low until warm.

  • Serve with a bottle of barbecue sauce.
