No-Bake Baileys Chocolate Cheesecake

Sprinkle gelatin over hot water.

Beat cream cheese, Baileys and sugar until smooth.

Stir in gelatin.

Stir in Cool Whip.

Spread into crust and chill for 3 hours or until set.

This recipe is enough to fill a jelly roll pan and then it can be cut into squares.

To make enough crust for the jelly roll pan use 3+ cups graham cracker crumbs, about ¼ cup sugar, a little cocoa powder and 2 cubes of butter melted. Stir together until mixed well and crumbs stick together
