I wrote this down while watching Papa make homemades. Also during that lesson Gram told me her family was from Sezze, Italy and Papa’s from Montenero, Italy.
- 4-6 Eggs
- 1/2 shot of oil
- 1/2 shot of water or milk
Beat together eggs, salt, oil, and water
Add flour and keep stirring until it’s hard to stir
Take out of dish and put on floured table and kneed
Kneed till you get a doughball and cut dough into 4th
Leave out to dry a couple hours
Add more flour and roll
Cut into slices and lay strips to dry again.
Freeze or cook
