My mom would say “We’re eating in high style” when she tries this. It is very good for everyone who likes to experiment. It is vegetarian dish. No meat. That’s what I like most of the time. It’s good for you.
Asparagus- one bunch ¼ pieces
Shrimp- about one pound- each cut in half
Ziti- or penne pasta- 14 oz.
½ cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic
2 tomatoes- diced
1 cup white wine
salt and pepper to taste
½ of the olive oil in the pan. Throw in the garlic and saute.
Add Asparagus-cook for a few minutes.
Add the tomatoes.
As the pasta is cooking use up the rest of the olive oil in another skillet and saute shrimp- Add wine and simmer. Add all together.
