Frozen Corn

ingredients

  • Sweet Corn (enough to fill one 9 X 13 pan 3/4 full)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 pint of half & half
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

    Wash corn ears. Cut corn off the cob (raw). Fill a 9 X 13 cake pan 3/4 full. Add all remaining ingredients to the pan.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Cool completely and then put in freezer bags and freeze.

When we were growing up, mom spent many summer days making this corn. The girls would help cut the corn off of the cob! Our freezer was full of this delicious corn to enjoy throughout the year. It is now a favorite recipe that we make for our families.
