Potato and Egg Brunch Dish
ingredients
- Oreida O’Brian hash-browns
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- green onions
- 1 cup cheese
- chopped bacon
- 2/3 cup milk
- 10 eggs
- 2 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes

In a greased 9 X 13 pan:

Layer bottom with hash browns. Top with salt. Then, layer green onions on top of the hash-browns. Top with cheese and bacon.

Mix eggs and milk and pour over hash-browns. Mix crushed corn flakes with bacon drippings and pour over hash-browns.

Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours covered. Uncover for the last 15 minutes.
