Cranberry Nut Bread

This is from Ocean Spray. This is a recipe that my mom made every Christmas. I loved it so that I insisted that she make it every week between Thanksgiving and Christmas and then afterward also. It was not until I was grown that I realized the recipe was on the bag of Ocean Spray Cranberries.
ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 3/4 cup of orange juice
- 2 tbsp of butter (or vegetable oil)
- 1 tbsp of grated orange peel
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
