- Romaine lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
- Apple, skin on cubed
- Dried Cranberries
- Sugared pecans (See below)
- Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- Dressing - Suggested Girard’s Champagne
1/3 cups margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1 lb pecans halves
Melt margarine, stir in sugar and spices. Mix well. Pour over nuts in large flat pan and mix to coat.
Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Store in a tight tin.
