Tex-Mex Dip
ingredients
- 3 Medium avocados
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/4 t Pepper
- 1 C Sour cream
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 1 pkg Taco seasoning mix (1 1/8 – 1 1/4 oz)
- 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans bean dip
- 1 Large bunch green onions, chopped
- 3 Medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 (3 1/2/ oz) cans, pitted ripe olives, drained and chopped
- 1(8 oz) Pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
- Large round tortilla chips
