Pecan Noodle Ring Kugeljennifer
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 margarine, melted
- 1 package wide egg noodles
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
cook noodles according to package and strain.
Combine pecans, brown sugar, and margarine and spoon into bundt pan.
Add eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon to the noodles. Pour over pecan layer.
Bake 1 hour, let cool on wire rack fir 10 minutes before turning over onto plate.
